Consulting Contract

Consultancy agreement is one in which a business (referred to as the principal) and a service provider (referred to as the consultant) agree to work together. The consultant approves offering the top service in exchange for a fee. The consultant may consent to provide the principal with either one-time services for a defined fee or ongoing services for a predetermined period.

We agree to follow any instructions the client gives regarding the business objectives to be met and the outcomes to be obtained. The client will be fully responsible for the outcomes. We will operate by our best judgment and sole discretion to deliver the customer’s desired results.
